What we store

The files you upload, the structured data we extract from them, the findings you post, and basic account metadata (display name, email, timezone, signup IP).

Where it lives

Files are stored in Supabase Storage, private and scoped to your user account. Extracted structured data lives in a Supabase Postgres database under strict row-level security. Document extraction runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

What we don't claim

The Measured is not a HIPAA-covered service. You are uploading your own health data voluntarily to a consumer service. If you need HIPAA-grade handling, use a covered service instead.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual records or your whole account at any time. Deletion is final — we do not keep a restore window. Storage purge completes within 30 days of a deletion request.
