What you agree to

You certify that the data you upload belongs to you. You will not upload anyone else's medical records. You will not use this service for anything other than your personal health record.

What we provide

A hosted service for aggregating personal health data, extracting structured data via AI, computing a completeness score, and publishing findings you author. AI extraction is imperfect — all structured output is marked unverified until you confirm it.

What we don't provide

Medical advice, clinical decision support, a record-of-truth for care, or any HIPAA-covered service.
